Introduction. Changes in the industry impact stable condition of working a company or and it is not something that can be guaranteed again future. The proof there are many phenomena job transfers even layoffs various business sectors due to COVID-19 pandemic. Many studies have examined importance developing career adaptability skills face changing needs industry.
